Instructor Schedule for AfterZone
2:30 PM - School dismissal. Youth assemble in cafeteria for snack and down time
2:45 PM - Block A instructors arrive
2:55 PM - Instructors call youth to programs
3:00 PM - Block A programs begin
3:55 PM - Block B instructors arrive
4:00 PM - Youth transition and Block B programs begin. Block A instructors not participating in Block B depart
5:00 PM - Block B instructors return youth to cafeteria
5:15 PM - Block B instructors depart
5:20 PM - Final announcements and youth dismissal by PASA staff
Instructor Schedule for Hub
2:30 PM - School dismissal. Youth assemble in cafeteria for snack and down time
2:45 PM - Instructors arrive, check-in and greet youth
3:00 PM - Programs begin (1.5-2 hours in length)
4:30-5:00 PM - Programs conclude and youth dismissed. Instructor departs.
