Providence Students will have access to Lunch pick-up on Tuesdays and Fridays, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 14 sites throughout the city. This program is offered in coordination with Sodexo Food Services and will continue as long as distance learning is in place.

Free, packaged dinner meals are also available on the same days Tue and Fri (from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.) to youths 18 and younger at all 11 Providence recreation centers. 

If you are having a challenge picking up Providence Student Lunch due to transportation or logistical issues, reach out to us and we may be able to help. Please email PASA at info@mypasa.org

The School Department is reducing to twice a week the number of times it delivers food to students, but the same amount of food will be handed out.

Distribution will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 14 sites throughout the city. This program is offered in coordination with Sodexo Food Services and will continue as long as distance learning is in place.

Starting on Tuesday, April 7th the following locations will be available for Breakfast and Lunch Pick-Up

Providence Career and Technical Academy, 41 Fricker St.

Reservoir Avenue Elementary School, 156 Reservoir Ave.

Juanita Sanchez High School, 182 Thurbers Ave.

Gilbert Stuart Middle School, 188 Princeton St.

Families of Providence public school students can share their students’ ID numbers to pick up food for their children without the children being present.

Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile & ATT are all offering free hotspot Wi-Fi data between now and May 13th. This offer is available to help those who need internet access for distance learning. It is as easy as turning on the hotspot data in your cell phones settings.
