This is all you would need to do to help us with this cool fundraiser — where your donation leverages new revenue from out-of-state contributors and is tax deductible:
- Fill out an information form indicating availability of bedrooms and parking spaces.
- Complete the rental agreement with the visiting family — once identified by PASA — which lays out what guest families may and may not do in your rental home.
- Once matched, provide PASA event coordinator with a set of keys and a completed instruction form for the visiting family.
- Leave your home clean, with all the beds prepared with clean sheets and towels.
This venture is premised on the idea that you and your family are able to get of town on Memorial Day weekend. By contributing your home, you are making sure that every middle school youth in Providence benefits from the afterschool programming which helps them learn in new arts, sports and museum environments all year long. In addition, you are making sure that the Brown graduate’s family is having a wonderful Providence experience.
