Mayor David Cicilline was in Washington recently, meeting with President Barack Obama and 80 other mayors to discuss the recovery plan.  Providence is well poised for U.S. Department of Education innovation funding due to the Providence School District and PASA’s collaborative efforts to build a seamless day of extended learning.
