On the heels of a visit to Providence in March, the Mayor of Albany, Gerald Jennings, has penned an op-ed for the Providence Business News. In it, he commends the work of the Providence After School Alliance, its partners, and Mayor Cicilline while looking to the city of Providence as a model for best practices.
