Emmanuel oversees the daily operations of the AfterZone at Gilbert Stuart Middle School. Before joining PASA, he served as the Director of Youth Programs at Germantown Neighborhood Center in Quincy, MA. Emmanuel received his BA in Religious Studies from Eastern Nazarene College in Qunicy, MA.
