As the Director of Quality Improvement, Ann oversees PASA’s ongoing quality improvement process for all AfterZone and Hub programs. Prior to joining PASA, she worked as the Director of Quality Assurance at the Kennedy-Donovan Center in Foxboro, MA. Ann holds a BA in English with a minor in Women’s Studies from Skidmore College and an Ed.M. in Sociology and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
